The Knitting Process
This sweater is created using the Whole-Garment technique. It is a knitting technique adopting the ideas of 3D printing, a unique construction method that can knit garments entirely in one piece. In other words, this garment is made with no seams! Without seams, garments will contour and shape to the natural form of the body, allowing more freedom in movement and comfort for the wearer.
This new method of clothing construction offers a sustainable way to make clothing by cutting down on production waste that would usually occur with the cut-and-sew method.
